Co-sponsorships

Unions, community organizations, and vendors may co-sponsor the event. Levels:

• $50 Community Ally - Tabling slot, mention in group thank you post, link to learn more in follow up email

• $100 Community Supporter - same as above

• $200 Organizer Rate - Same as above + name on event banner

• $500 Solidarity Rate - Same as above + logo on event banner, and 100-200 word blurb in follow up email

• $1000 Friend of Labor - Same as above + Friend of Labor Certificate

Tabling

Organizations that sponsor the event at any level may table at the event. Here’s what you need to know:

• You must provide your own table. 

• Set-up for tables is from 12:00 - 12:45. 

Pay by Check

Need to pay by check? Mail a check to Western Mass Area Labor Federation, 640 Page Blvd, Springfield, MA 01104 and email organizer@wmalf.org and admin@wmalf.org with your answers to the following questions:

• The name of your union logo or organization
• Point of contact name, email, and phone number
• A link to learn more
• If co-sponsoring at the $500+ level: A high quality version of your logo and 100-200 word blurb

Event Overview

Date: Sunday, September 6th

Location: Nonotuck Park, Pavilion #3, Easthampton, MA

Time: 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Cost: Free

Parking: Free if you RSVP, $3 per vehicle non-registrants.

Who: Open to union members, families, and supporters of the labor movement 

Food

We will be grilling food for attendees.
